Arnold has worked with startups, scale-ups, global technology companies, higher education institutions, venture-backed organizations, and a FTSE-listed agency. His expertise spans executive search, talent intelligence, AI-enabled recruiting, employer branding, leadership hiring, and building scalable recruitment functions across Africa, Europe, Latin America, India, and remote-first markets.
Having led hiring for organizations including global fintechs, higher education institutions, and venture-backed companies, Arnold understands both the strategic and operational challenges of attracting exceptional talent in competitive markets—combining human-centered hiring with emerging technologies to help organizations build future-ready talent ecosystems rather than simply filling vacancies.
