The service

CampFire is a talent platform: job seekers upload CVs that are converted into evidence-based digests for employer discovery; employers submit roles and receive ranked, skill-verified matches, and the two sides can connect through contact requests and messaging. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or organisation per account. You may hold either a talent or an employer account, not both under one login.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your content

• You keep all rights to CVs, job descriptions, and messages you submit. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display them to operate the service — including evidence extraction and matching.
• You must have the right to share what you upload. Don't submit other people's personal data without their permission.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.

Fair use of the marketplace

• Employers may use candidate information solely to evaluate candidates for real roles — not for scraping, reselling, or unsolicited marketing.
• Contact requests are rate-limited and must relate to the role they are sent from.
• Candidates control their visibility; respect a declined request.

Automated results

Match scores, digests, rationales, and self-reported assessment reports are rules-based signals that support — never replace — human judgment. Document signals only reflect detected evidence, while assessment reports reflect the candidate's own responses. Either may miss context and must not be the sole basis for an employment decision.

Liability

CampFire is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or hiring outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for material breach with notice where practicable.
