Programme structure
Every track moves through the same four phases. What changes between tracks is the depth of the middle block and how long you stay in it.
A free 20-minute call. We work out what you're actually solving for, and whether coaching is the right instrument. Sometimes the honest answer is Ignite, or nothing at all.
Your coach reads your CampFire profile before you meet — assessment signals, skill scores, Ignite progress, and CV. You spend session one on decisions, not on catching them up.
The work itself: positioning, narrative, interviews, negotiation, or leadership, depending on your track. Live sessions with structured homework between them.
A final review against your baseline, and a written plan for the next quarter. Your updated signals flow back into your CampFire profile, so employers see the change.

Ignite is a structured 14-day sprint you run yourself, with AI tooling and gamification to keep you consistent. Coaching is a human working on your specific situation. Many people do Ignite first and bring the output into coaching — your coach can see your Ignite progress, so nothing is repeated.
Practising operators and hiring managers across Kenya, Rwanda, and the wider African market — people who have sat on the other side of the table. You are matched on sector and stage, and you can ask to change coach after the first session at no cost.
No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. Coaching improves how you position, interview, and negotiate. It does not control who is hiring. What we do commit to is measurable movement against the baseline you set in session one.
Yes. We invoice organisations directly for executive coaching and for cohorts of sprint participants. Mention it on the clarity call and we'll send the paperwork.
Sprints can be paused once, for up to four weeks, at no charge. Executive retainers run month to month after the three-month minimum, with 30 days' notice to stop.
